We've been in the business of dressing little angels since 2000 and strive to have happy, happy customers! So we want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

We appreciate you and will gladly issue an Online Credit for online purchases of regular priced items we consider Acceptable Returns.

Acceptable Returns: Returned within 14 days of purchase. Also, items must be unwashed, unworn and free of any odors, pet hair, etc. and tags must be attached.

All sales are FINAL on shipped shoes, items purchased from Sale Sale Sale or $10 and Below collections, any other purchases from promotional discounts of 30% or more - no exceptions!

 We do not offer price adjustments or price matching.  Unopened packages that have been refused will not be accepted for store credit or reshipped.
Customer assumes all costs for return shipping/exchange costs.  All shipping costs are non refundable (the original shipping cost will be deducted off the return if we shipped for "free").
 
Please email us at sales@shopkidskottage.com and include a note with your name, phone number, email, order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will reply with details on returning your purchase.
